Milwaukee To Host 2017 USA Gymnastics Championships

The city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin will host the annual USA Gymnastics Championships. The championships showcase more than 1,800 of the country’s best gymnasts in acrobatic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling.

Scheduled in the middle of the Milwaukee Brewers‘ season, the Junior Olympics championships will take place from June 27th to July 2nd at the Wisconsin Center, while both Junior and Senior elite competitions will be held on June 29th to July 1st the the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

These performances will determine berths for both the junior and senior U.S. National Teams and 2017 World Championships. They will also help determine members for the 2017 World Games, which is the equivalent of the Olympics Games for spots and events not included in the Olympics.

BMO Harris Bradley Center tickets as well as tickets for the Wisconsin Center will go on sale in 2017. The estimated economic impact for the Milwaukee area is estimated to be around $5.4 million.
