The Chainsmokers Grab Three Grammy Nominations


There’s no question that electric dance music is now fully entrenched  in the mainstream music scene. It seems like every year a different artist headlines the mainstream music world, whether it be from the likes of Calvin Harris, Skrillex, or Zedd. This past year The Chainsmokers became the EDM group that owned the past year, and that paid off when the 2017 Grammys nominations were announced.

The Chainsmokers will be nominated for three Grammy awards at the 59th Grammy Awards, which will be on February 12th from the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The American DJ duo of Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall will be nominated for the following Grammys:

The Chainsmokers’ are now primed to be the go-to EDM group moving forward. The Chainsmokers tickets are about to be the hottest tickets in the EDM scene, especially if they gain even more national/global recognition if they take home some hardware in at the 59th Grammys.
