College Stadium Review: Alumni Arena

The Buffalo Bulls begin a new era in their basketball program with their new head coach Nate Oats, who replaces Bobby Hurley, the new head coach at Arizona State. The Bulls will be trying to get back into the NCAA Tournament after earning a trip last season for the first time in school history. Buffalo has won the MAC regular season east division championship in each of the last two seasons as well as last year’s MAC Tournament.

Alumni Arena

The Bulls play their games at Alumni Arena on the campus in Buffalo, NY. The 6100 seat arena opened in 1982 and has been the Bulls home ever since.

The atmosphere at Alumni Arena is rocking with the students leading the way, cheering loudly for their team. The views from the seats are awesome as they are all very close to the action. You can enjoy great concessions items such as hot dogs, pizza, popcorn, BBQ pulled pork and Italian and Polish sausages while you watch the great MAC action on the court.

This season’s home schedule includes games against NC A&T, Binghamton, Delaware and all of the MAC opponents such as Miami OH, Ohio, Ball State, Northern Illinois, Bowling Green and all the others.

Be sure you do not miss out on this season’s defensing MAC Champion Buffalo Bulls basketball as they try to get back to the NCAA Tournament again. Lamonte Bearden is the leading returning scorer from last year;s team and he will be looking to break out this season for the Bulls. You do not want to miss out on any of the great Bulls basketball action!
