College Stadium Review: Bryce Jordan Center

The Penn State Nittany Lions basketball team has been to the NCAA Tournament nine times in school history. The most recent trip to the Big Dance was in 2011. They have been to the Sweet Sixteen four times (1952, 1954, 1955 and 2001), the Elite Eight twice (1942 and 1954) and the Final Four once (1954).

The Nittany Lions are part of the Big Ten, perhaps college basketball’s best conference.

The Lions have been to the NIT 10 times and have a 22-9 record all time in the tournament. They won the NIT in 2009, made the championship final in 1998, and made it to the semifinals three other times. They have also been to the CBI in 2014.
The Nittany Lions play at the Bryce Jordan Center which opened in 1996 and seats over 15,000 fans. It is a modern arena with comfortable seats and great concessions. You will enjoy your subs, pizzas, hot dogs popcorn and more while watching the fantastic college basketball action. The neighborhood surrounding Bryce Jordan Center is among the best in college basketball. You will find many great places to hang out in the pregame and post-game.
The Nittany Lions are part of the Big Ten, perhaps college basketball’s best conference. Teams such as Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio State, Michigan State, Michigan, Purdue, Northwestern, Maryland, Rutgers, Iowa,  Minnesota, Illinois and Nebraska will be playing the Lions this season, most of them at home. With teams like these coming to Bryce Jordan Center you will come to come out to as many games as you can.
