College Stadium Review: Chase Family Arena

The Hartford Hawks have been to the D-I postseason once in school history. That was in 2013 when they were invited to play in the CIT. They are part of the America East Conference, which includes teams such as Albany, Binghamton, Maine, UM Baltimore County, UM-Lowell, New Hampshire, Stony Brook, and Vermont.

Harford plays their home games at the Chase Family Arena, which opened in 1990. It has a seating capacity of over 4000, perfect to create a great atmosphere for college basketball, yet small enough so everyone has a close up view of the court.

You will enjoy your favorite concession items such as muffins, bagels, mini calzones, chicken sandwiches, quesadillas, pizza, coffee, milkshakes, Coke products, you name it. There are over 60 food and drink items available for Hawks games here at Chase Family Arena. You may want to go to the game just to eat.

The crowd at Hawks games is made up mostly of families with kids. Chase Family Arena is not only named for the Chase Family, it is also a description. However, if you and your buddies want to take in a game and enjoy some adult beverages as well, they have a VIP section that is adults only.
