While Air Force basketball may not be the most well-known college sports programs, it can be said it has had a huge influence on the game as one notable former player in Gregg Popovich, the five time NBA Championship head coach of the San Antonio Spurs.
Clune Arena is in a beautiful setting with the Rocky Mountains as the backdrop. The neighborhood surrounding the arena is on campus but there are many fine dining and drinking establishments within a short drive such as the Colorado Mountain Brewery where you can get a great pizza and a great choice of beers or the American Sports Café for a great Philly Cheesesteak and all the hoops action on the TVs.
At the Clune Arena enjoy your favorite concession items while watching Falcons hoops while they try to qualify for the NCAA Tournament out of the Mountain West Conference. The 2015 home schedule includes some great games with Robert Morris, UNLV, San Diego State, Fresno State, Boise State, San Jose State and Colorado State. With only 5800 seats, every seat is close to the action! Come and be a part of Mountain West Conference basketball this season!
Do not miss out on the Air Force Falcons in 2015-16. Get your tickets now before they sell out! Root the Falcons on as they compete for a spot in the postseason again this year! You do not want to miss out on all the excitement and patriotism of Air Force Falcons basketball!
