The South Dakota Coyotes have been to the NCAA Tournament at the D-II level 13 times in school history. Can they make it to the Big Dance for the first times in 2016? Come out to the Dakota Dome this season and find out.
The Coyotes have been to the CIT in 2010, their only appearance as a D-I school in the postseason.
The DakotaDome opened in 1979 and seats 10,000 fans. Every seat has a great view of the court and you can enjoy all your favorite concession items such as hot dogs, nachos, burgers and Pepsi products while enjoying a great game. The students’ section makes the place loud, especially for the rivalry games.
The Coyotes play in the Summit League with basketball crazy schools such as IPFW, IUPUI, Denver, Nebraska-Omaha, North Dakota State, Oral Roberts, South Dakota State and Western Illinois. These schools will be trying to get to the NCAA Tournament by winning the Summit League Tournament but they will be trying to assure themselves of another postseason berth by winning the regular season conference championship. The action at DakotaDome will be intense all season long.
You will now want to miss out on college basketball at the DakotaDome this season. Come out and support the Coyotes! Bring the kids, bring your friends!
