Kansas City Municipal Auditorium

The action between these teams will be intense all season long.

Municipal Auditorium opened in 1935 and seats 7300 fans. It opened as a concert venue so all of the seats are quite comfortable with a great view. You will enjoy your favorite concession items such as pizza, hot dogs, pretzels and more while you watch a great college basketball game. The students will keep the noise level high as they cheer on the Roos.
You will want to come early as downtown Kansas City has many fine places to eat and drink both before and after the game.
UMKC plays in the WAC, which includes schools such as Cal State Bakersfield, Chicago State, Grand Canyon State, New Mexico State, Seattle, Texas-Rio Grande Valley and Utah Valley. These teams will compete for the automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament by winning the WAC Tournament at the end of the season. They will also be trying to win the regular season title to earn a bid to one of the other postseason tournaments. The action between these teams will be intense all season long.
Don’t miss out on any of the action at Municipal Auditorium this season. Bring the kids out to as many games as you can. You will all have a great game day experience.
