College Stadium Review: Kimmel Arena

The UNC Asheville Bulldogs have been to the NCAA Tournament three times in school history (2003, 2011 and 2012). They are 2-3 in those three trips to the Big Dance. Will the Bulldogs get back in 2016? Come out to Kimmel Arena and find out.

UNC Asheville plays in the Big South Conference which includes Campbell, Charleston Southern Coastal Carolina, Gardner Webb, High Point, Liberty, Longwood, Presbyterian, Radford and Winthrop

The Bulldogs have been to the NIT one time in school history (2008) and are 0-1. They have yet to appear in the CBI or the CIT. Can they get to the postseason in 2016? Come out to the games and see what they’ve got.
Kimmel Arena opened in 2011 and seats 3200 fans. Every seat is close to the action and you will enjoy your favorite concession items such as pizza, sandwiches, hot dogs, burgers and more while taking in a great college basketball game. The noise level is kept high by the students and fans who love to root on in the Bulldogs to victory.
UNC Asheville plays in the Big South Conference which includes Campbell, Charleston Southern Coastal Carolina, Gardner Webb, High Point, Liberty, Longwood, Presbyterian, Radford and Winthrop. These teams will be trying to win the automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament that comes with winning the Big South Tournament. They will also be trying to win the regular season championship which would bring with it an automatic bid to one of the other postseason tournaments. The action will be intense all season long.
