The Raiders have been to the CBI in 2013 where they advanced to the semifinals and the CIT in 2014 where they advanced to the second round. Can they get back to the postseason in 2016?
The Nutter Center opened in 1990 and seats over 10,000 Raiders fans. All the seats have a great view of the court and you can enjoy your favorite concession items such as pizza, nachos, popcorn, chicken sandwiches and more while you watch the game. The atmosphere is loud as the students and fans cheer the Raiders on to victory over their conference opponents.
Wright State plays in the Horizon League which includes teams such as Cleveland State, Detroit, Green Bay, Milwaukee, Northern Kentucky, Oakland, UIC, Valparaiso and Youngstown State. These teams will be trying to get to the NCAA Tournament by winning the Horizon League Tournament and gaining the automatic bid that comes with that. They will also be trying to win the regular season championship to get the automatic postseason bid that comes with it as well. So the action will be intense when these teams come to the Nutter Center this season.
You don’t want to miss out on any of the exciting college basketball action this season at the Nutter Center.
