Panther Arena

Panther Arena is the old home of the Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette Warriors known as the Mecca.

Panther Arena is the old home of the Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette Warriors known as the Mecca. It opened in 1950 and seats almost 11,000 fans for the Panthers home games. The seats are all close to the court and they are all chair backs. You will enjoy the fantastic college basketball while also enjoying your favorite concession items such as Polish sausages, pizza, nachos, pretzels and more.
For your pregame and post-game eating and drinking, the Mecca…er…Panther Arena is in downtown Milwaukee so the choices are plentiful. The Old German Beer House is a great place to visit on Panthers game days.
The Panthers are part of the Horizon League which includes teams such as Cleveland State, Detroit, Green Bay, Northern Kentucky, Illinois Chicago, Valparaiso and Wright State. These teams are all trying to win the Horizon league Tournament to gain the NCAA Tournament automatic bid, but also they are trying to get the regular season championship to get an automatic postseason bid as well. So this season, Panther Arena will see plenty of intense action.
Don’t miss out on a chance to visit Panther Arena this year an watch a great college basketball game in the same building that the Milwaukee Bucks won the NBA Championship with Lew Alcindor and Oscar Robertson leading the way.
