The students and cheerleaders make sure the Bulldogs maintain the home court advantage throughout the game. So you will have a great college basketball experience at the Pete Hanna Center.

The Pete Hanna Center opened in 2007 and seats 5000 fans. It is a modern arena and the perfect size so that it has a raucous environment, yet everyone has a great view. The concessions at the Pete Hanna Center are fantastic as well. You can enjoy sandwiches, hot dogs, burgers, popcorn and more while watching a great college basketball game.

Samford is part of the Southern Conference with teams such as UT Chattanooga, The Citadel, East Tennessee State, Furman, Mercer, UNC Greensboro, VMI, Western Carolina, and Wofford. These teams will be trying to make it into the NCAA Tournament by winning the SoCon Tournament and gaining the automatic bid. They will also be trying to assure themselves a postseason bid by winning the regular season championship as well. So the action will be intense for the conference games all year long.
Get out to the Pete Hanna Center this season and bring the whole gang. Don’t miss out on Bulldogs basketball in 2016.
