They will also be trying to win the regular season championship to assure themselves an automatic bid to one of the other postseason tournaments.

The Strahan Coliseum opened in 1892 and has over 7000 seats. You will enjoy your view of the court and your favorite concession items such as hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, and sodas while watching a great game. The students keep the atmosphere at a high level as they cheer on their Bobcats to victory.
Texas State plays in the Sun Belt Conference which includes teams such as Appalachian State, Arkansas State, Arkansas Little Rock, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, Louisiana Lafayette, Louisiana Monroe, South Alabama, Texas Arlington and Troy. These teams will be trying to win the Sun Belt Tournament to earn the automatic NCAA Tournament berth that comes with it. They will also be trying to win the regular season championship to assure themselves an automatic bid to one of the other postseason tournaments. So the action for these conference games will be intense all season.
You will not want to miss out on the excitement of Texas State basketball at the Strahan Coliseum this season. Bring the kids out for a great day of college hoops.
