So the action at the Gauchos game will be intense all season long.

They have been to the NIT five times as well (1989, 1992, 1993, 2003, and 2008). They have been to the CIT in 2012 and last season made their first appearance in the CBI. Will the Gauchos get back to the postseason yet again? Come out to the Student Events Center and find out.
The UCSB Student Events Center opened in 1979 and seats 5600 fans. There are no bad seats at the Student Events Center and you’ll enjoy a great view of the game while also enjoying your favorites from the concession stand such as hot dogs, popcorn and sodas. The students will keep the noise level up and give the place that great college basketball atmosphere you love!
The Gauchos are part of the Big West Conference, which means games against teams such as Cal Poly, Cal State Fullerton, Cal State Northridge, Hawaii, Long Beach State, UC Davis, UC Irvine and UC Riverside. These teams will be trying to get to the NCAA Tournament by winning the Big West Tournament, but will also be trying to get to the postseason by winning the regular season title. So the action at the Gauchos game will be intense all season long.
Bring the kids out to the UCSB Student Events Center for Gauchos basketball may times this season.
