The Leathernecks have been to the D-I postseason, playing in the CIT twice (2012 and 2013). Will they get back to the postseason in 2016?
The Leathernecks play their home games at Western Hall which opened in 1964 and seats over 5000 fans. The seats are all close to the court and you’ll enjoy all your favorite concession items such as hot dogs, popcorn, nachos, candy and more while you watch the game. You’ll love the atmosphere as the students cheer on the Leathernecks to victory.
The Leathernecks play in the Summit League which includes teams such as Denver, IUPUI, IPFW, Nebraska Omaha, North Dakota State, Oral Roberts, South Dakota and South Dakota State. These teams will be trying to win the Summit League Tournament and get the automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament that comes along with that. They will also be trying to win the regular season championship and a postseason bid that comes with it also. So the action will be fierce all season long.
