College Stadium Review: Winfield Dunn Center

The Austin Peay Governors of the Ohio Valley Conference play their home basketball games at the Winfield Dunn Center where they have been since 1975. Winfield Dunn Center holds over 7000 screaming Governors fans for home games in the basketball crazy state of Tennessee.

Austin Peay has enjoyed great success in the Winfield Dunn Center over the years as they have six trips to the NCAA Tournament in their history. They will be looking to make it seven trips to the Big Dance in 2016 by winning the OVC Tournament which they have done as recently as 2008.
The Winfield Dunn Center has seen it all over years from great music acts to great basketball players such as Bubba Wells and Trenton Hassell. It is known as “The House that Fly Built” as in James “Fly” Williams who led the Governors to the Sweet Sixteen in 1973, raising the popularity of Governors basketball and the building of the Arena.
The Governors 2015 home schedule will include Eastern Kentucky, Jacksonville State, Eastern Illinois, Tennessee Tech and more. Do not miss out on any of the great college basketball action as these teams compete for a spot in the NCAA Tournament in 2016.
Enjoy a great seat with your favorite concession items as you enjoy the great OVC basketball action with your family and friends!
