Dead and Company Tour

Dead & Company will hit the road for summer 2016 tour

Dead & Company, which features John Mayer alongside Grateful Dead members Bob Weir, Mickey Heart and Bill Kreutzman have announced a summer 2016 tour. The tour will begin immediately following their recently revealed set at Bonnaroo, the legendary Tennessee music festival they are headlining along with Pearl Jam and LCD Soundsystem

The 17-city summer tour ranges from amphitheaters to stadiums, including historic venues such as Fenway Park and Saratoga Performing Arts Center. The band will kick things off January 10 at PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte, NC. A Billboard representative has also reported that the band will play a Fourth of July show at a currently unknown location.

Previously, the band toured U.S. arenas during fall/winter 2015, including a three night run at Madison Square Garden. Across all 22 shows of that tour, the average secondary market ticket price was $130. With bigger capacities at amphitheaters for the upcoming summer tour, expect prices to be slightly cheaper.
