Governors Ball ‘After Dark’ Shows Round-Up

Governors Ball is only a few weeks away and we are starting to get a glimpse of the festival’s after parties. Every year, a handful of Gov Ball artists perform additional shows at smaller venues throughout New York City. There are a handful of official Governors Ball “After Dark” parties, but you can count on some unofficial shows with other festival artists.

Governors Ball ‘After Dark’ Shows

Though most shows will happen the weekend of the festival, two of Gov Ball’s biggest names get a head-start with NYC warm up gigs. The Outkast reunion tour hit Terminal 5 last night for Adult Swim’s “Upfront” private party; the weekend before the festival, the Strokes will play their first New York show in three years at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester.
