In celebration of their debut album, Fear In Bliss, the psych-folk outfit Horse Thief filmed a video digging into their influence’s classic track, “Out on the Weekend.” The song is from Neil Young’s 1972 LP Harvest, otherwise known as the most played album in every dad’s dusty record collection; with good reason, this track still kills.

Horse Thief hail from Denton, TX, and they take on the southern rock of the Neil Young classic quite naturally, with jangly keys, tight percussion, and some minor guitar chords for good measure.
